As they approached the end of the zone, Sonic realized that he had to stop Shadow, no matter what it took. He gritted his teeth and poured on the speed, determined to put an end to Shadow's plans once and for all.
But little did he know, the mysterious figure watching him from the shadows had been none other than a hooded figure, working for a mysterious organization known only as "The Update Team".
With a fierce cry, Sonic launched himself at Shadow, determined to put an end to his rival's plans once and for all. The two hedgehogs clashed in a blur of speed and steel, their movements a whirlwind of chaos and destruction.
